End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the HFEIP platform (the "Service"), operated by NT Consulting Group LLC, doing business as Helios Forge Enterprise Intelligent Platforms ("we," "us," or "our"). By logging into or using the Service, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service, solely for the internal business purposes of your organization and solely for as long as your account remains active.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data belonging to another client organization or user without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may optionally connect to third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, at your direction. Your use of any such third-party platform is also governed by that platform's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or handling of your data once transmitted to them.

5. Ownership

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, remains the property of NT Consulting Group LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Data you enter into the Service on behalf of your organization remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NT Consulting Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate this Agreement or if your organization's engagement with us ends. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
